Dexter M. Ettienne-Modeste, 26, of 38 Wesleyan Terr., Bloomfield, was charged with violation of a protective order, on a warrant, 12:20 p.m.

Lillian M. Torres, 24, of 74 Elm St., Winchester, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, in connection with a domestic disturbance on Main St., 12:25 p.m.

Luis Solis, 37, of 45 Franklin Ave., Hartford, was charged with second-degree identity theft, third-degree larceny, criminal attempt to commit fourth-degree larceny and third-degree forgery (three counts), on a warrant, 12:39 p.m.

Gregory P. Baktis, 53, of 55 Reality Rd., Oxford, was charged with third-degree larceny, on a warrant, 6:13 p.m.

Wednesday, April 24

Andrew F. Stierer, 22, of 43 Cope Farms Rd., Farmington, was charged with first-degree failure to appear, on a warrant, 6:24 a.m.

Friday, April 26

Saurabh Gaur, 37, of 40 Steeple View Dr., Ellington, was charged with operating under the influence, in connection with a motor vehicle accident on Farm Springs Rd., 1:23 a.m.
