Freddie M. Melendez, 32, of 315 Fairview Ave., Hamden, was charged with first-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit first-degree larceny, second-degree identity theft and third-degree identity theft, on a warrant, 5:05 a.m.

Scott Moulton, 42, of 146 Robertson St., Bristol, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 6:00 p.m.
Saturday, April 13
Carlos L. Osorio, 33, of 1658 Farmington Ave., Apt. 5, Farmington, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane, in connection with a traffic stop on Farmington Ave., 4:17 a.m.
Coraima Salgado, 25, of 149 Alden St. New Britain, was charged with fifth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny, in connection with a shoplifting call at Westfarms Mall, 12:50 p.m.
Angelica M. Rodriguez, 27, of 85 Gridley St., Bristol, was charged with fifth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny, in connection with a shoplifting call at Westfarms Mall, 12:50 p.m.
