Francis M. Carisio, 28, of 13 Jasmine Ln., Wolcott, was charged with sixth-degree larceny (three counts), on a warrant, 8:35 p.m.

Asia Moreland, 34, of 165 Martin St., Hartford, was charged with fourth-degree larceny, on a warrant, 1:30 p.m.

William Bracelet, 47, of Main St., Willimantic, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny and possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with a larceny call at Lord & Taylor in Westfarms Mall, 6:56 p.m.
Marc Mendes, 46, of 46 Vine St., Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, in connection with a larceny call at Lord & Taylor in Westfarms Mall, 7:34 p.m.
Aug. 27
Brian J. Lyonnais, 48, of 703 Shenipsit Lake Rd., Tolland, was charged with operating under the influence and following too closely, in connection with a motor vehicle accident on Colt Hwy. and Scott Swamp Rd., 8:05 p.m.
