George Ashline, 48, of 807 Clintonville Rd., Wallingford, was charged with operating under the influence and unsafe movement, in connection with a motor vehicle accident on Coppermine Rd., 4:12 p.m.

Raymond S. Lumpkin, 35, of 18-B Judson St., Hartford, was charged with operating under the influence, operating under suspension, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, failure to drive right and criminal violation of a restraining order, in connection with a motor vehicle stop on Town Farm Rd., 9:35 p.m.
