Erika E. Stula, 35, of 26 Bates Rd., Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, in connection with a shoplifting call at JC Penney in Westfarms Mall, 4:01 p.m.

Jayni J. Jedlicka, 21, of 11 Hampden Cir., Simsbury, was charged with fifth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny, in connection with a shoplifting call at JC Penney in Westfarms Mall, 6:13 p.m.

Ida Asheghi, 20, of 1 Hampden Cir., Simsbury, was charged with fifth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny, in connection with a shoplifting call at JC Penney in Westfarms Mall, 6:13 p.m.

Richard Canto, 39, of 28 Lexton Dr., Farmington, was charged with operating under the influence, failure to drive right, possession of less than a half-ounce of cannabis and operating a motor vehicle while using a handheld mobile device, in connection with a traffic stop on Colt Hwy. and Pinnacle Rd., 1:05 a.m.

Eric J. Burns, 24, of 327 Spring St., Naugatuck, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane, in connection with a traffic stop on Plainville Ave., 1:08 a.m.

Theresa M. Dizon, 58, of 28 Wellington Dr., Farmington, was charged with operating under the influence, traveling unreasonably fast and failure to drive right, in connection with a traffic stop on Main St. and Wellington Dr., 2:50 a.m.

John F. Duclos, 28, of 27 Stephen Ct., New Britain, was charged with operating under the influence, failure to drive in proper lane and operating without a license, in connection with a traffic stop on Birdseye and Elizabeth Rds., 7:02 p.m.
