Mellyan Centeno, 37, of 132 Fairfield Ave., Hartford, was charged with risk of injury to a child, sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, in connection with a shoplifting call at JC Penney at Westfarms Mall, 7:45 p.m.
Elia E. Melendez, 32, of 46 Allen Pl., Hartford, was charged with risk of injury to a child, sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, in connection with a shoplifting call at JC Penney at Westfarms Mall, 7:58 p.m.
