Chazz M. Gaither, 22, of 122 Montowese St., Hartford, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, fifth-degree larceny and second-degree criminal mischief, on a warrant, 12:10 p.m.
Lucy B. Freeman, 48, of 84 Litchfield Rd., Unionville, was charged with operating under the influence and risk of injury to a minor, in connection with a motor vehicle stop on Plainville Ave., 10:38 p.m.

Stephen M. Kealey, 52, of 10 Birchwood Rd., Avon, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane, in connection with a motor vehicle stop on Farmington Ave., 1:01 a.m.
Brandi Cook, 29, of 49 Marguerite Ave., Bloomfield, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, in connection with a shoplifting call at JC Penney in Westfarms Mall, 2:57 p.m.

Willie J. Beauregard, 47, of 746 Blue Hills Ave., Bloomfield, was charged with fifth-degree larceny, in connection with a shoplifting call at Lord & Taylor in Westfarms Mall, 6:50 p.m.
