Wednesday, Aug. 7

Rubiela Bermudes-Carmargo, 43, of 87 93rd St., Queens, N.Y., was charged with fifth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny, on a warrant, 1:46 p.m.

Thursday, Aug. 8

Latoya R. Matthews, 34, of 221 Laurel St., Hartford, was charged with fourth-degree larceny, in connection with a shoplifting call at Westfarms Mall, 4:47 p.m.

Marcus J. Jackson, 20, of 3 Old County Hwy., East Granby, was charged with second-degree threatening and second-degree harassment, on a warrant, 6:46 p.m.

Friday, Aug. 9

Mikael J. Blanc, 42, of 47 Harrison Archway, Boston, Mass., was charged with operating under the influence, operating without a license and failure to drive in proper lane, in connection with a traffic stop on Farmington Ave., 9:04 p.m.

Saturday, Aug. 10

Michael Lopez, 32, of 32 Spruce St., Manchester, was charged with operating under the influence, illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle, violation of a standing criminal protective order, operating under suspension, failure to obey traffic control signals and operating an unregistered motor vehicle, in connection with a traffic stop on Mill St., 4:00 a.m.

Jeremiah S. Royer, 26, of 136 Reynolds Ridge Rd., Thomaston, was charged with second-degree criminal mischief, second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault, first-degree reckless endangerment and first-degree criminal mischief, in connection with a traffic stop on Scott Swamp Rd., 8:44 p.m.

Sunday, Aug. 11

Curran Brown, 23, of 12 Pickett Ln., Unionville, was charged with reckless driving, on a warrant, 3:45 p.m.

Monday, Aug. 12

Shatoya R. Lewis, 20, of 406 Barbour St., Hartford, was charged with fourth-degree larceny, on a warrant, 11:35 a.m.
