Dec. 1

Bernard J. Krzynowek, 71, of 127 Mountain Rd., Farmington, was charged with second-degree larceny, on a warrant, 4:50 a.m.

Dec. 3

Francis Palmer, 20, of 25 Sunset Dr., Danbury, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, in connection with a shoplifting call at JCPenney in Westfarms Mall, 5:12 p.m.

Kenneth Keen, 19, of 153 Bounton St., Norwalk, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, in connection with a shoplifting call at JCPenney in Westfarms Mall, 5:12 p.m.

Dec. 4

Jacqueline R. Viens, 26, of 46 Vine St., Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny and failure to keep narcotics in original container, in connection with a shoplifting call at JCPenney in Westfarms Mall and on a warrant, 4:01 p.m.

Elijennies Negron, 22, of 46 Vine St., Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, in connection with a shoplifting call at JCPenney in Westfarms Mall, 4:01 p.m.

Shaun W. McLaughlin, 31, of 13 Byrne Ct., Farmington, was charged with evading responsibility, on a warrant, 6:46 p.m.

Annette M. Cole, 46, of 1106 South Main St., Cheshire, was charged with fifth-degree larceny, on a warrant, 7:46 p.m.

Ashley haugabook, 22, of 988 Broad St., Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, in connection with a shoplifting call at H & M in Westfarms Mall, 1:57 p.m.

Ignatius Joseph, 54, of 93 Rood Ave., Windsor, was charged with second-degree threatening and second-degree breach of peace, on a warrant, 2:40 p.m.

Indriannie Z. Rosado, 19, of 21 Orange St., Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, possession of a shoplifting device and second-degree failure to appear, in connection with a shoplifting call at H & M in Westfarms Mall and on a warrant, 3:18 p.m.

Dec. 6

Erica Clapp, 34, of 6 Deer Ave., Burlington, was charged with operating under the influence, operating while using a handheld mobile device and failure to drive right, on a warrant, 5:04 p.m.

Daniel Wojteczko, 26, of 14 Colony Rd., Farmington, was charged with first-degree failure to appear (four counts) and second-degree failure to appear (three counts), on multiple warrants, 6:15 p.m.
