Dec. 12

Sean P. Zito, 48, of 66 Georgetown Rd., Bristol, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, first-degree criminal mischief and possession of narcotics, in connection with a vandalism call at the Citgo/Food Bag on Main St., 9:41 a.m.

David Cesaro, 54, of 8 Orchard Farms Ln., Avon, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, in connection with a shoplifting call at Stop & Shop on Farmington Ave., 12:45 p.m.

Douglas Swagerty, 50, of 45 Tunxis St., Windsor, was charged with third-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny, on a warrant, 3:30 p.m.

Tomasz Niewiadomski, 30, of 34 Lincoln St., Bristol, was charged with operating under the influence, speeding and no insurance, in connection with a motor vehicle stop on New Britain Ave., 3:59 p.m.

Richard R. Musumano, 39, of 45 New St., Bristol, was charged with third-degree robbery,sixth-degree larceny and second-degree breach of peace, in connection with a shoplifting call at J.C. Penney in Westfarms Mall, 5:12 p.m.

Diane C. Reid, 50, of 36 Roberta Dr., Middletown, was charged with third-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny, on a warrant, 7:00 p.m.

Alan Gamache, 49, of 230 New Harwinton Rd., Torrington, was charged with operating under the influence, failure to obey traffic control signal, failure to drive in proper lane and operating under suspension, in connection with a motor vehicle stop on Farmington Ave., 12:34 a.m.

Gina M. Godin, 25, of 48 Shuttle Meadow Ave., New Britain, was charged with operating under the influence, failure to keep right and failure to drive in proper lane, in connection with a motor vehicle stop on Scott Swamp Rd. and Colt Hwy., 12:37 a.m.

Michael Buenaventura, 26, of 47 Scarborough St., Hartford, was charged with operating under the influence, interfering with an officer and failure to drive in proper lane, in connection with a motor vehicle stop on Farmington Ave. and High St., 1:28 a.m.
