Jessica Forbes, 26, of 24 Ann St., New Haven, was charged with fifth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny and illegal possession of a shoplifting device, in connection with a shoplifting call at JCPenney in Westfarms Mall, 4:00 p.m.

Tyler J. Santoro 36, of 1221 Old Waterbury Rd., Southbury, was charged with operating under the influence, failure to drive right and failure to comply with fingerprint requirements, in connection with a traffic stop on Waterville Rd., 2:38 a.m.
Ebony M. Evans, 28,of 385 Edgewood St., Hartford, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass, sixth-degree larceny and illegal possession of a shoplifting device, in connection with a shoplifting call at the Apple store in Westfarms Mall, 6:19 p.m.
Wednesday, Dec. 18
Sovan Thompson, 56, of 140 Bassett St., New Britain, was charged with evading responsibility, on a warrant, 10:26 a.m.
Deasia K. Cannon, 20, of 269 Lyme St., Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny and interfering with an officer, in connection with a shoplifting call at JCPenney in Westfarms Mall, 8:12 p.m.
Thursday, Dec. 19
Rocxie L. Darling, 33, of 54 Riverside Ave., Torrington, was charged with operating under the influence, interfering with an officer, third-degree assault, assault on public safety personnel, operating without minimum insurance, improper use of marker, improper turn, failure to carry license and violation of readable/lost plate requirements, in connection with a traffic stop on Red Oak Hill Rd., 7:53 p.m.
