Kaseem K. Robinson, 18, of 102 Branford St., Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, in connection with a shoplifting call at J.C. Penney in Westfarms Mall, 4:24 p.m.

Mark Panus, 34, of 4 Weatherstone Rd., Plainville, was charged with operating under the influence, speeding and possession of less than a half-ounce of a cannabis-type substance, in connection with a motor vehicle stop on Scott Swamp Rd. and New Britain Ave., 11:59 p.m.

Zachary A. Cyr, 22, of 64 Old Waterbury Rd., Terryville, was charged with operating under the influence and traveling unreasonably fast, in connection with a motor vehicle stop on Farmington Ave., 2:13 a.m.

Alexa Delgreco, 41, of 6 Alcima Dr., Simsbury, was charged with operating under the influence, in connection with a motor vehicle stop on Rt. 4, 2:35 a.m.

Madison Aitken, 18, of 7 West Ave., East Hampton, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, in connection with a shoplifting call at J.C. Penney in Westfarms Mall, 11:53 a.m.

Matthew Moynihan, 46, of 7 Putnam Ln., Avon, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive right, in connection with a motor vehicle stop on Highwood Rd., 5:07 p.m.

Dec. 20

Colton W. Charette, 22, of 672 Rye St., South Windsor, was charged with operating under the influence, failure to obey stop sign and failure to drive in proper lane, in connection with a motor vehicle stop on Main St. and Mill Ln., 12:58 a.m.

Michael Meyer, 30, of 36 Pinewood Dr., Farmington, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive right, in connection with a motor vehicle stop on Rt. 4 and Windwood Rd., 1:45 a.m.
