Dorisylvia Nieves, 44, of 105 Richard St., New Britain, was charged with risk of injury to a child (two counts) and sixth-degree larceny, in connection with a shoplifting call at Westfarms Mall, 5:31 p.m.

Friday, Jan. 3

Antonio D. Selby, 26, of 265 Slater St., Manchester, was charged with voyeurism with malice (nine counts), on a warrant, 5:48 a.m.
