Feb. 17
Michael D. Ritskowitz, 42, of 16 Paul Springs Rd., Farmington, was charged with weapons in a motor vehicle, possession of a controlled substance/marijuana and use of drug paraphernalia, in connection with a disabled motor vehicle call on Two Mile Rd., 10:51 a.m.

Jason Thomas, 36, of no certain address, was charged with first-degree robbery, conspiracy to commit first-degree robbery, sixth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, second-degree failure to appear (two counts) and failure to respond to an infraction, in connection with an armed robbery call, 6:19 p.m.
Kenneth J. McManus, 29, of 524 Somers Rd., Ellington, was charged with first-degree robbery, conspiracy to commit first-degree robbery, sixth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny and second-degree failure to appear, in connection with an armed robbery call, 6:19 p.m.

Feb. 18
Tahira A. Stringer-Weston, 23, of 183 Wethersfield Ave., Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, on a warrant, 12:30 a.m.
Carven E. Poteat-Banks, 31, of 221 Sisson Ave., Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, on a warrant, 12:30 a.m.
Syhann J. McCoy, 18, of 32 Florence St., Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, on a warrant, 12:30 a.m.
Adam P. Marchi, 26, of 7 Hillside St., Norfolk, was charged with operating under the influence, operating under suspension and failure to drive in proper lane, in connection with a traffic stop on Farmington Ave., 2:24 a.m.
Ruslan Borisevich, 24, of 38 Hunters Rd., Unionville, was charged with operating under the influence, failure to keep right and failure to drive in proper lane, in connection with a traffic stop on Farmington Ave., 2:43 a.m.
Feb. 19
Michael E. Ruzbasan, 43, of 74 Litchfield St., Farmington, was charged with disorderly conduct, in connection with a domestic disturbance on Litchfield St., 6:45 p.m.
Adam W. Plante, 22, of 503 New Hawington Rd., Torrington, was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace, in connection with a domestic disturbance at Dunkin Donuts on Mill St., 10:41 p.m.
