Christopher M. Pasquini, 42, of 101 Lake Garda Dr., Unionville, was charged with third-degree assault and risk of injury to a minor, on a warrant, 10:00 a.m.

Karen M. Oakes, 41, of 120 Belden St., New Britain, was charged with operating under the influence, failure to drive right and operating an unregistered motor vehicle, in connection with a motor vehicle stop on Plainville Ave., 9:29 p.m.

Samuel O. Otchere, 49, of 71 Cheshire Dr., South Windsor, was charged with operating under the influence, speeding and failure to drive in proper lane, in connection with a motor vehicle stop on Colt Hwy., 1:36 a.m.
