James Chappell, 34, of 119 Clover St., Windsor, was charged with risk of injury to a child and third-degree assault, on a warrant, 11:15 a.m.

Robert D. Melenski, 37, of 62 Braeburn Rd., Bristol, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, in connection with a shoplifting call at JC Penney in Westfarms Mall, 1:10 p.m.

Jodi Cherubin, 19, of 94 Clark St., Hartford, was charged with fifth-degree larceny, on a warrant, 2:50 p.m.

Miguel A. Ortiz, 20, of 55 Garden St., East Hartford, was charged with first-degree larceny, on a warrant, 9:22 a.m.

Feb. 26

Zachary Hulevitch, 23, of 5 First Ave., Enfield, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, in connection with a shoplifting call at JC Penney in Westfarms Mall, 2:00 p.m.

Feb. 27

Angel M. Diaz, 26, of 57 Jubilee St., New Britain, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault, in connection with an assault call at the Tavern on Farmington Ave., 2:21 a.m.

Sandy Matosz, 24, of 24 Cross Creek Ln., Unionville, was charged with evading responsibility and failure to keep right, on a warrant, 12:15 p.m.

Feb. 28

Richard J. Grundwalski, 41, of 365 Main St., Bristol, was charged with disorderly conduct, in connection with a domestic disturbance on Litchfield Rd., 1:41 a.m.
