Guy Castonguay, 23, of 17 Trotters Glen Rd., Farmington, was charged with disorderly conduct, second-degree threatening, violation of a protective order and third-degree criminal mischief, in connection with a domestic disturbance on Trotters Glen Rd., 9:47 p.m.

Malaysia N. Blizzard, 19, of 42 Arlington St., Hartford, was charged with third-degree larceny, second-degree false statement and interfering with an officer, on a warrant, 1:52 a.m.

Daniel P. Ragaglia, 29, of 337 Main St., Farmington, was charged with third-degree burglary and possession of narcotics, in connection with a burglary call on Main St., 6:59 a.m.
Dhruv R. Dave, 32, of 4 Millennium Dr., Cromwell, was charged with operating under the influence, in connection with a motor vehicle stop on Colt Hwy., 11:57 p.m.
Feb. 6
Veda M. Bak, 51, of 185 Birchfield Dr., Waterbury, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane, in connection with a motor vehicle stop on Farmington Ave., 2:32 a.m.
Herbert Dunn, 18, of 58 Dorset Way, Bristol, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, in connection with a shoplifting call at JC Penney in Westfarms Mall, 2:06 p.m.

Sandra A. Cygler, 25, of 46 Charlene Dr., New Britain, was charged with operating under the influence, failure to obey stop sign and operating under suspension, in connection with a motor vehicle stop on Batterson Park Rd., 2:34 a.m.
Maribel Quinones, 45, of 304 Colt Hwy., Apt. 37, Farmington, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, in connection with a domestic disturbance on Colt Hwy., 11:03 p.m.

Alphonso C. Zaporta, 38, of 45 Tamarack Dr., Windsor, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, first-degree criminal mischief, second-degree threatening, second-degree unlawful restraint, operating under suspension and interfering with a 911 call, in connection with a domestic disturbance on Colt Hwy., 2:24 a.m.
Stephanie Day, 19, of 30 Forest Ln., Canton, was charged with evading responsibility and failure to drive in proper lane, on a warrant, 5:25 p.m.

Luis D. Rivera-Maldonado, 40, of 331 Hillside Ave., Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, possession of a shoplifting device, use of drug paraphernalia and interfering with an officer, in connection with a shoplifting call at Lord & Taylor in Westfarms Mall, 1:10 p.m.
