Jan. 11

Roland S. Kelsey, 47, of 486 Lovely St., Avon, was charged with fourth-degree sexual assault and second-degree harassment, on a warrant, 5:50 a.m.

Ceasar Garcia, 34, of 42 Julius St., Hartford, was charged with third-degree larceny (two counts) and criminal trover (two counts), on a pair of warrants, 9:01 a.m.

Jiare Sparks, 20, of 440 Wethersfield Ave., Hartford, was charged with fifth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny and possession of a shoplifting device, in connection with a shoplifting call on Southeast Rd., 4:24 p.m.

Jan. 15

Lisa Fioravanti, 53, of 10 Beech St., Bristol, was charged with possession of narcotics, possession of a controlled substance and failure to drive right, in connection with a traffic stop on Plainville Ave., 7:41 p.m.

Jan. 16

Jessica M. Taranto, 22, of 191 Market St., New Britain, was charged with operating under the influence and operating while using a handheld mobile device, in connection with a traffic stop on West Avon Rd., 12:49 a.m.

Tracy C. McCluskey, 54, of 10 Tunxis St., Farmington, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to obey traffic control signal, in connection with a traffic stop on Tunxis St., 6:45 p.m.

Jan. 17

Elvis Velic, 28, of 20 Belden St., New Britain, was charged with first-degree threatening and second-degree breach of peace, on a warrant, 5:15 a.m.
