Jan. 31

Kyle Y. Tessada, 44, of 51 Federal Cir., New Britain, was charged with possession of a large capacity magazine, criminal possession of a pistol/revolver, criminal violation of a protective order and second-degree criminal trespass, on a warrant, 6:30 a.m.
