Friday, Jan. 3
Joshua Burgos, 28, of no certain address, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, violation of probation, second-degree failure to appear and failure to respond to a payable violation, in connection with a shoplifting call at JCPenney at Westfarms Mall and on three warrants, 5:15 p.m.

Shawn Milner, 29, of 350 Maple Ave., Hartford, was charged with first-degree larceny, reckless driving, tampering with physical evidence, first-degree reckless endangerment, second-degree reckless endangerment, engaging police in pursuit, possession of a controlled substance, evading responsibility, operating without a license and failure to drive in proper lane, in connection wih a traffic stop on Main St., 5:52 p.m.

Erich Heinze, 72, of 63 Wood Creek Rd., Burlington, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane, in connection with a traffic stop on Plainville Ave., 3:29 p.m.
Bill Ni, 42, of no certain address, was charged with third-degree forgery (two counts), fourth-degree larceny, receipt of goods from an illegally-used credit card and charging more than $500 on a revoked payment card, in connection with a shoplifting call at Lord & Taylor, 8:00 p.m.
Thursday, Jan. 9
Mellanee R. Hardy, 23, of 416 Garden St., Hartford, was charged with fifth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny, on a warrant, 6:20 p.m.
