Nathanial J. Gratic, 57, of 1670 Main St., Hartford, was charged with fourth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit fourth-degree larceny, first-degree criminal trespass (two counts), fifth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny, on a pair of warrants, 9:01 a.m.

John M. Zmijewski, 49, of 13 Littlebrook Crossing, Farmington, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, on a warrant, 2:00 p.m.

Brian P. Graf, 34, of 60 Mill St., Apt. 6, Unionville, was charged with intimidating a witness, second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault, in connection with a disturbance on Farmington Ave., 7:59 p.m.
Jan. 9
Justin F. Fennelly, 19, of 228 Derby Ave., Derby, was charged with third-degree burglary, conspiracy to commit second-degree criminal mischief and sixth-degree larceny, on a warrant, 9:50 p.m.
