Anthony Spencer, 28, of 110 South Orchard St., Wallingford, was charged with third-degree identity theft, second-degree larceny, charging more than $500 on a revoked credit card and criminal impersonation, on a warrant, 9:01 a.m.

Candice R. Wilkins, 22, of 21 Cambridge St., Hartford, was charged with violation of probation, on a warrant, 9:35 p.m.

Sunday, July 16

Jean R. Elas, 58, of 19 Reyern St., Waltham, Mass., was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive right, in connection with a traffic stop on Mountain Rd., 2:41 a.m.

Jordan A. Watt, 20, of 64 Maple Ave., Unionville, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, in connection with a domestic disturbance on Maple Ave., 12:24 p.m.

Monday, July 17

Shannon M. Chojnowski, 38, of 37 Maurice St., Bristol, was charged with second-degree harassment (four counts), second-degree threatening (two counts) and false statement, on a warrant, 7:48 p.m.

Tuesday, July 18

Edgar J. Vergara, 23, of 180 Woodlawn Cir., East Hartford, was charged with failure to respond to an infraction, on a warrant, 12:50 a.m.

Ramon Nieves, 43, of 15 Anderson Rd. Ext., Morris, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and use of drug paraphernalia, in connection with a suspicious motor vehicle call on Florence Way, 2:19 a.m.
