James P. Greene, 28, of 25 Park Ln., Waterbury, was charged with operating under the influence, 3:59 p.m.

Monday, July 15

Jhan Ramos-Morillo, 19, of 181 Benton St., Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, in connection with a shoplifting call at Westfarms Mall, 10:26 a.m.

Tuesday, July 16

Florentine Behrami, 24, of 33 Chauncy St., Wethersfield, was charged with fourth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit fourth-degree larceny, on a warrant, 11:05 a.m.

Emine Vokrri, 19, of 33 Chauncy St., Wethersfield, swas charged with fourth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit fourth-degree larceny, on a warrant, 11:30 a.m.

Brian Graf, 36, of 60 Mill St., Apt. 6, Unionville, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, in connection with a disturbance at McDonald's on Farmington Ave., 6:06 p.m.
