Shawn M. Simpson, 28, of 1402 Albany Ave., Hartford, was charged with criminal violation of a restraining order (two counts) and violation of a protective order (four counts), 4:52 p.m.
Gregory Bouvier, 54, of 32 Goodrich Rd., Farmington, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, in connection with a domestic disturbance on Goodrich Rd., 7:27 p.m.

Stephen W. Forbotnick, 39, of 184 Maple St., Bristol, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, on a warrant, 8:09 a.m.
