Melvin Banks, 25, of 98 Baker St., Winsted, was charged with possession of narcotics, illegal possession near a school and illegal manufacture, distribution or sale of narcotics, in connection with a motor vehicle stop on Farmington Ave., 4:10 p.m.

July 5

Brock Denton, 20, of 45 Shingle Mill Rd., Harwinton, was charged with second-degree threatening, third-degree criminal mischief, second-degree breach of peace and possession of alcohol by a minor, in connection with a disorderly conduct call on Lido Rd., 12:30 a.m.

Shalve Rudolph, 25, of 215 Brewster Rd., Windsor, was charged with second-degree forgery, interfering with an officer and second-degree false statement, on a warrant, 8:45 a.m.

July 6

Zachariah Rosario, 18, of 1463-E Farmington Ave., Farmington, was charged with third-degree larceny, possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana, use of drug paraphernalia and operating without a license, in connection with a stolen vehicle call on Farmington Ave., 1:26 p.m.

July 7

Dezerea J. Pepin, 20, of Lebanon Ave., Franklin, was charged with fifth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny and possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with a shoplifting call at JC Penney in Westfarms Mall, 2:35 p.m.
