Dominique McGregor, 39, of 8 Pinehill Rd., Windsor Locks, was charged with sixth-degree larceny (two counts), illegal possession of a shoplifting device, possession of a controlled substance, use of drug paraphernalia, second-degree failure to appear (two counts), violation of probation, second-degree forgery, criminal impersonation, interfering with an officer and first-degree criminal trespass, in connection with a shoplifting call at Westfarms Mall and on five warrants, 9:30 p.m.

Monday, July 8
Carlos P. Vega, 39, of 3 Orchard Brook Dr., Wethersfield, was charged with first-degree criminal mischief and second-degree breach of peace, in connection with a disturbance at the Apple Store, 7:00 p.m.

Tuesday, July 9
Evangelina Ortiz, 28, of 364 Maple Ave., Hartford, was charged with falsely reporting theft of a motor vehicle, making a false statement and interfering with an officer, on a warrant, 7:23 p.m.
Friday, July 12
Jason Post, 32, of 46 Bishop St., Bristol, was charged with operating under the influence, evading responsibility, possession of less than a half-ounce of cannabis, use of drug paraphernalia, failure to drive in proper lane and failure to display lights, in connection with a traffic stop on Colt Hwy., 1:03 a.m.
