Lucas Wisniewski, 35, of 140 Jeremey Swamp Rd., Southbury, was charged with possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with a motor vehicle stop on Farmington Ave. and Devonwood Dr., 4:56 p.m.

Dezerea J. Pepin, 20, of 239 Hartford Pike, Dayville, was charged with fourth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit fourth-degree larceny and first-degree criminal trespass, in connection with a shoplifting call at Lord & Taylor in Westfarms Mall, 2:10 p.m.
