July 8

Justin Glenn, 49, of 26 Canterbury Ln., Unionville, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane, in connection with a motor vehicle stop on South Main St., 10:16 p.m.

July 11

Ewa G. Skrzypek, 50, of 1622 Farmington Ave., Apt. 3, Unionville, was charged with cruelty to animals, on a warrant, 12:51 a.m.

Lucas Wisniewski, 35, of 140 Jeremey Swamp Rd., Southbury, was charged with possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with a motor vehicle stop on Farmington Ave. and Devonwood Dr., 4:56 p.m.

Charles Norris, 35, of 70 Old Northfield Rd., Northfield, was charged with possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia and operating under suspension, in connection with a motor vehicle stop on Farmington Ave. and Devonwood Dr., 4:56 p.m.

July 12

Dezerea J. Pepin, 20, of 239 Hartford Pike, Dayville, was charged with fourth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit fourth-degree larceny and first-degree criminal trespass, in connection with a shoplifting call at Lord & Taylor in Westfarms Mall, 2:10 p.m.

Giuseppa I. Zappulla, 63, of 493 Middletown Ave., Wethersfield, was charged with fifth-degree larceny, in connection with a shoplifting call at JC Penney in Westfarms Mall, 5:09 p.m.

Todd C. Cody, 41, of 92 Rita Dr., Bristol, was charged with operating under the influence and unsafe starting or backing vehicle, in connection with a motor vehicle stop on Mountain Rd., 5:26 p.m.
