Carlton P. Stephenson, 56, of 30 Hampton Ln., Bloomfield, was charged with second-degree reckless endangerment and illegal discharge of a firearm, on a warrant, 12:05 p.m.
March 16

Thomas F. Gordek, 51, of 16 Walnut St., Unionville, was charged with disorderly conduct, in connection with a domestic disturbance on Walnut St., 2:40 p.m.
Andrew S. Randall, 27, of 48 Hearthstone Dr., Agawam, Mass., was charged with operating under the influence, possession of a controlled substance, use of drug paraphernalia and failure to display plates, in connection with a traffic stop on Farmington Ave., 10:54 p.m.
March 17
Saviel Santiago, 34, of 170 Sisson Ave., Hartford, was charged with operating under the influence, failure to drive in proper lane and operating under suspension, in connection with a traffic stop on Farmington Ave., 1:43 a.m.
