Casey Bellott, 25, of 112 Jordan St., New Britain, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to renew registration, in connection with a motor vehicle stop on Farmington Ave., 11:48 p.m.

Jomille L. Hayes, 52, of 29 Lakeshore Dr., Apt. 2, Farmington, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 5:15 a.m.

David J. Garcia, 30, of 63 Glendale Ave., Hartford, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana, operating under suspension, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, no insurance and misuse of plate, in connection with a motor vehicle stop on Farmington Ave. and Pilgrim Path and on a warrant, 6:09 p.m.

March 31

Travis A. Wright, 29, of 195 Patterson Way, Berlin, was charged with operating under the influence, in connection with a motor vehicle stop on Waterville Rd., 1:29 a.m.

Jose A. Rodriguez, 26, of 70 Union St., Bristol, was charged with failure to pay or plead, on a warrant, 5:38 p.m.
