March 7
Brian P. Graf, 34, of 60 Mill St., Apt. 6, Unionville, was charged with second-degree sexual assault, third-degree assault and permitting a minor to illegally possess liquor, on a warrant, 10:10 a.m.

Marlon R. Hamblin, 43, of 224 Mather St., Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and first-degree criminal trespass, in connection with a shoplifting call at Westfarms Mall, 3:06 p.m.
March 8

Christopher M. Parzych, 29, of 150 Maybury Cir., Waterbury, was charged with operating under the influence, illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle, possession of a controlled substance, illegal possession of prescription drugs, failure to keep narcotics in original container and failure to keep right, in connection with a motor vehicle stop, 1:35 p.m.
Luis A. Ramirez, 48, of 915 North Main St., New Britain, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and illegal possession of a shoplifting device, in connection with a shoplifting call at Lord & Taylor in Westfarms Mall, 7:20 p.m.
March 9
Robert J. Algiere, 58, of 16 Volovski Rd., Avon, was charged with operating under the influence, failure to drive right and distracted driving, in connection with a motor vehicle accident on South Main and Mill Sts., 7:22 p.m.
