Stephen Seccafico, 20, of 34 Warwick Lake Pkwy., Warwick, N.Y., was charged with operating under the influence, possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, illegally obtaining or supplying narcotics, failure to keep narcotics in original container and parking in a handicap space, in connection with a motor vehicle stop on Farm Springs Rd., 1:45 a.m.

Christopher A. Field, 38, of 34 Huyshope Ave., Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, in connection with a shoplifting call at Sports Authority on Southeast Rd., 1:45 p.m.

Slawomir Dembski, 40, of 680 Main St., East Hartford, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, on a warrant, 4:33 p.m.

Chad Poliquin, 39, of 114 Heather Ln., New Britain, was charged with operating under the influence, operating a motor vehicle not equipped with I.I.D., no insurance, misuse of plate and operating an unregistered motor vehicle, in connection with a motor vehicle stop on Fienemann and Alexander Rds., 1:28 a.m.
