Tuesday, May 7

Hiam S. Suleiman, 49, of 615 Bloomfield Ave., Windsor, was charged with fourth-degree larceny, on a warrant, 5:15 a.m.

Reinaldo Ayala, 18, of 460 Bird St., Bridgeport, was charged with conspiracy to commit third-degree burglary, criminal attempt to commit third-degree burglary and second-degree criminal mischief, on a warrant , 10:28 a.m.

Wednesday, May 8

Kahari B. Ware, 18, of 84 Evergreen Ave., Hartford, was charged with third-degree larceny, sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, in connection with car burglaries on Talcott Notch Rd., 4:54 a.m.

Jalyssa Roman, 23, of 4 Sanford Ave., Enfield, was charged with third-degree larceny, sixth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, theft of plates/inserts and improper use of marker, in connection with car burglaries on Talcott Notch Rd., 4:54 a.m.

Isaiah G. Riggins, 23, of 154 Wethersfield Ave., Hartford, was charged with third-degree larceny, sixth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny and possession of less than a half-ounce of cannabis, in connection with car burglaries on Talcott Notch Rd., 4:54 a.m.
