Kahari B. Ware, 18, of 84 Evergreen Ave., Hartford, was charged with third-degree larceny, sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, in connection with car burglaries on Talcott Notch Rd., 4:54 a.m.
Jalyssa Roman, 23, of 4 Sanford Ave., Enfield, was charged with third-degree larceny, sixth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, theft of plates/inserts and improper use of marker, in connection with car burglaries on Talcott Notch Rd., 4:54 a.m.
