Nov. 10

Carol J. Boutin, 60, of 515 Shelburne Rd., Burlington, Vt., was charged with conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, in connection with a shoplifting call at JC Penney in Westfarms Mall, 3:30 p.m.

Thomas E. Briere, 31, of 515 Shelburne Rd., Burlington, Vt., was charged with possession of narcotics and sixth-degree larceny, in connection with a shoplifting call at JC Penney in Westfarms Mall, 3:45 p.m.

Raya J. Mercey, 43, of 11 Belinda Ln., Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence, 12:46 a.m.

Michael I. Chavis, 20, of 12 Maple Ave., Unionville, was charged with failure to respond to an infraction, on a warrant, 1:54 a.m.

Alexandra E. Romanov, 30, of 43 Somerset Cir., Bristol, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, in connection with a shoplifting call at Lord & Taylor in Westfarms Mall, 7:14 p.m.

Nov. 13

Jose R. Acosta, 26, of 162 Maple St., New Britain, was charged with operating under the influence, carrying a weapon while intoxicated and speeding, in connection with a motor vehicle stop on Colt Hwy., 3:26 a.m.
