Tanaya White, 25, of 310 Garden St., Hartford, was charged with second-degree failure to appear (two counts), fifth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny, sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, on three warrants, 2:42 p.m.
Kayla Deal, 26, of 79 Beths Ave., Bristol, was charged with operating under the influence, evading responsibility, following too closely and failure to carry license, in connection with a motor vehicle stop on Colt Hwy., 4:31 p.m.

Richard R. Linehan, 54, of 3 Woods Run, Farmington, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive right, in connection with a motor vehicle stop on Red Oak Hill Rd., 11:21 p.m.

Jennifer Konopka, 30, of 65 Lakeside Blvd. E., Waterbury, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, in connection with a shoplifting call at JC Penney at Westfarms Mall, 4:13 p.m.
Nov. 15
Donald L. Fongemie, 40, of 106 Perry St., Bristol, as charged with possession of burglar tools, third-degree criminal trespass and second-degree criminal mischief, on a warrant, 2:30 a.m.
