Carlos Huertas, 40, of 52 Madison St., Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, in connection with a shoplifting call at JCPenney in Westfarms Mall, 12:31 p.m.

Taniesha D. Pierce, 22, of 281 Martin St., Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, in connection with a shoplifting call at Westfarms Mall, 12:03 p.m.

Siedah K. Gaston, 29, of 80-N Queens Ct., Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny (two counts) and possession of a controlled substance/less than four ounces of marijuana, at Westfarms Mall, 2:44 p.m.
