Mark C. Atmore, 49, of 84 Ellsworth Dr., Bloomfield, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, in connection with a shoplifting call at JC Penney in Westfarms Mall, 3:58 p.m.

Regina Harrison, 51, of 396 Garden St., Hartford, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, on a warrant, 9:08 p.m.

Michael J. Hills, 36, of 29 Sandra Ave., Terryville, was charged with operating under the influence and traveling unreasonably fast, in connection with a motor vehicle stop on Colt Hwy., 12:06 a.m.

Michael Stacey, 45, of 62 Coventry Rd., Bristol, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, on a warrant, 10:09 a.m.

Robert T. Rowe, 64, of 35 Forest Hills Dr., Farmington, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and interfering with an emergency call, in connection with a domestic disturbance on Forest Hills Dr., 11:05 p.m.

Christopher S. Buyak, 38, of 222 Old Goshen Rd., Norfolk, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane, in connection with a motor vehicle stop on Main St., 2:10 a.m.

Stanley Martinez, 38, of 1644 Farmington Ave., Apt. 1, Unionville, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane, in connection with a motor vehicle stop on Farmington Ave., 2:11 a.m.

Jamie A. Clarke, 26, of 138 Brittany Farms Rd., New Britain, was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace, in connection with a disorderly conduct call on Royal Oak Dr., 8:57 a.m.
