Monday, Oct. 28

Justin M. Hebert, 35, of 12 Franklin St., Enfield, was charged with violation of probation (two counts), on a pair of warrants, 2:12 p.m.

Tuesday, Oct. 29

Anthony C. Mazzotta, 51, of 52 Gold St., East Hartford, was charged with operating under the influence, failure to drive in proper lane, operating without a license, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, illegally operating a motor vehicle without ignition device and operating while using a handheld electronic device, in connection with a motor vehicle accident on Colt Hwy., 2:58 a.m.

Thursday, Oct. 31

Scott N. Squires, 42, of 256 Berlin Ave., Southington, was charged with first-degree failure to appear and second-degree failure to appear, on a pair of warrants, 5:11 p.m.

Friday, Nov. 1

Rochelle M. White, 36, of 263 Morse St., Hamden, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit fourth-degree larceny, on a warrant, 9:58 a.m.

Saturday, Nov. 2

Bardhyl Stringa, 65, of 23 Folly Brook Blvd., Wethersfield, was charged with fifth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny, in connection with a shoplifting call at Lord & Taylor in Westfarms Mall, 6:18 p.m.

Marek Czarnota, 65, of 216 Roslyn Dr., New Britain, was charged with operating under the influence and improper use of high beams, in connection with a traffic stop on Plainville Ave., 10:40 p.m.

Sunday, Nov. 3

Taleshia L. Jones, 27, of 1646 Farmington Ave., Apt. 11, Farmington ,was charged with third-degree strangulation/suffocation, disorderly conduct and third-degree assault, in connection with a domestic disturbance on Farmington Ave., 3:37 a.m.
