Stacey J. Jankowski, 46, of 78 Welch St., Plainville, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, in connection with a shoplifting call at JC Penney in Westfarms Mall, 2:00 p.m.

Dylan P. Jurgens, 23, of 1487 Farmington Ave., Apt. 21, Farmington, was charged with operating under the influence, possession of drug paraphernalia, interfering with an officer and failure to drive in proper lane, on a warrant, 11:30 a.m.
Oct. 9
Doreen Rodriguez, 43, of 42 Songbird Ln., Farmington, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane, in connection with a motor vehicle accident on Farmington Ave., 5:10 a.m.
Howard Francis, 41, of 1254 Farmington Ave., Farmington, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, in connection with a domestic disturbance on Farmington Ave., 12:30 p.m.
Oct. 10
Judith Braga, 73, of 25-A Lakeshore Dr., Farmington, was charged with operating under the influence, on a warrant, 10:57 a.m.
