Aaron C. Stephens, 21, of 62-D South Prospect St., Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, in connection with a shoplifting call at JC Penney in Westfarms Mall, 7:00 p.m.

Lornanellis Diaz, 34, of 159 Wethersfield Ave., Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, disorderly conduct, risk of injury to a child and interfering with an officer, in connection with a shoplifting call at Nordstrom in Westfarms Mall, 7:55 p.m.

David Jones, 18, of 160 Morse St., Hamden, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, in connection with a shoplifting call at H&M in Westfarms Mall, 8:35 p.m.

Oct. 11

Rafael Garcia, 31, of 54 Maple Ave., Unionville, was charged with operating under the influence, drinking while driving, operating under suspension and failure to drive right, in connection with a motor vehicle stop on School St., 7:42 p.m.

Oct. 12

Jonathan P. Rojas, 20, of 9 West Middle Tpk., Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, in connection with a shoplifting call at JC Penney in Westfarms Mall, 5:00 p.m.

Oct. 14

Chillon Ballard, 36, of 175 School St., Bristol, was charged with operating under the influence, in connection with a motor vehicle violation on Main St., 1:57 a.m.

Lawanda D. Kendrick, 31, of 396 Garden St., Hartford, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, on a warrant, 5:30 a.m.
