Sept. 13

Lawanda Murdock, 38, of 35 Judson Ave., New Haven, was charged with second-degree forgery, third-degree identity theft, second-degree larceny and issuing a bad check, on a warrant, 9:01 a.m.

Sept. 14

Oleksandr Shuter, 22, of 20 Steerling St., New Britain, was charged with operating under the influence, illegal obtaining or supplying and possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana, in connection with a motor vehicle stop, 1:30 a.m.

Peter J. Ostrowski, 56, of 77 Webster St., Unionville, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and interfering with an officer, in connection with a call on Webster St., 8:09 p.m.
