Sept. 16

Brittany Walker, 30, of 95 Stanwood Dr., New Britain, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, in connection with a shoplifting call at JC Penney in Westfarms Mall, 12:12 p.m.

Ivy D. Young, 56, of 1519 Farmington Ave., Farmington, was charged with operating under the influence, in connection with a motor vehicle stop on Farmington Ave., 8:15 p.m.

Matthew Wulff, 26, of 62 Lido Rd., Unionville, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive right, in connection with a motor vehicle accident on Meadow Rd., 10:59 p.m.

Roman G. Ruszczyk, 38, of 124 Biruta St., New Britain, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, second-degree breach of peace and possession of a shoplifting device, in connection with a shoplifting call at JC Penney in Westfarms Mall, 2:20 p.m.

Daniel Darling, 31, of 190 Lovely St., Farmington, was charged with possession of an assault weapon and possession of a large capacity magazine, on a warrant, 3:05 p.m.

Ellis Hood, 44, of 214 South Frankfort St., Frankfort, N.Y., was charged with failure to respond to an infraction, on a warrant, 5:56 p.m.

Sept. 18

Wayne S. Anderson, 59, of 20 Long Hill Rd., Waterbury, was charged with operating under the influence, following too closely and no insurance, in connection with a motor vehicle accident on Main St., 4:48 p.m.

Lucy Wiosna, 64, of 20 Garden St., Farmington, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane, in connection with a motor vehicle accident on Coppermine Rd., 7:13 p.m.

Sept. 19

Katherine Colon, 38, of 100 Lawlor St., New Britain, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, in connection with a shoplifting call at JC Penney in Westfarms Mall, 12:52 p.m.

Guinora Elio, 43, of 6 Churchill Rd., Wethersfield, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, in connection with a shoplifting call at JC Penney in Westfarms Mall, 3:18 p.m.

Sept. 20

Cuneyt Inan, 37, of 155 Redstone Hill Rd., Bristol, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane, in connection with a motor vehicle stop on Farmington Ave., 11:36 a.m.

Annette LaPlante, 56, of 180 Earle ST., Hartford, was charged with fifth-degree larceny and first-degree criminal trespass, in connection with a shoplifting call at Nordstrom in Westfarms Mall, 2:34 p.m.

Glorinda Santos, 56, of 134 Campfield Ave., Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, in connection with a shoplifting call at JC Penney in Westfarms Mall, 5:50 p.m.
