FARMINGTON, CT — Here are the most recent arrest logs, as provided by the Farmington Police Department.

Sept. 2

Blanca I. Delgado, 42, of 380 Arch St., New Britain, was charged with third-degree identity theft, illegal use of a credit card, receipt of goods/services obtained by illegal use of a credit card and sixth-degree larceny, on a warrant, 5:12 p.m.

Aaron C. Stephens, 22, of 62-D South Prospect St., Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, possession of a shoplifting device and violation of probation, in connection with a shoplifting call at the H&M store in Westfarms Mall and on a warrant, 6:10 p.m.

Michelle A. Boers, 42, of 70 Barbara Ave., Prospect, was charged with operating under the influence, failure to drive right and failure to carry license, in connection with a motor vehicle stop on Colt Hwy., 2:34 a.m.

Rafael Burgos, 28, of 228 Jefferson St., Hartford, was charged with risk of injury to a minor and second-degree breach of peace, on a warrant, 3:10 p.m.

Robert C. Sher, 52, of 48 Turner Ave., Hamden, was charged with operating under the influence, in connection with a motor vehicle stop on Rt. 4, 11:29 p.m.

Sept. 5

Migdalia Santiago, 55, of 103 Pleasant St., New Britain, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, in connection with a shoplifting call at JC Penney in Westfarms Mall, 11:29 a.m.
