Sept. 24
Theresa J. Bouquillon, 57, of 20 Harris Rd., Avon, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane, in connection with a motor vehicle stop on Route 4, 12:50 a.m.

Sept. 25
Rachel M. Wilkinson, 31, of 30 Dawes Ave., Torrington, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane, in connection with a motor vehicle stop on Farmington Ave. and Brickyard Rd., 2:10 a.m.

Nathan T. Cataldi, 32, of 24 Burdick Ln., Pawcatuck, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, interfering with an officer and criminal impersonation, on a warrant, 3:30 a.m.
Sept. 27
Austin M. Badera, 24, of 11 Main St., Farmington, was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace, in connection with an assault call on Main St., 5:47 p.m.
