Matthew Iannotta, 40, of 66 New Harwinton Rd., Torrington, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, interfering with an officer and first-degree reckless endangerment, in connection with a domestic disturbance on Scott Swamp Rd., 12:15 p.m.
Ewon Simms, 27, of 119 Hungerford St., Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny and illegal possession of a shoplifting device, in connection with a shoplifting call at JCPenney at Westfarms Mall, 4:33 p.m.

Juni Asipi, 39, of 157 Central Ave., Torrington, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault, in connection with a domestic disturbance on Talcott Forest Rd., 3:19 a.m.
Richard V. Mullings, 51, of 789 Brooks St., Bridgeport, was charged with third-degree larceny and illegal possession of a shoplifting device, in connection with a shoplifting call at Lord & Taylor at Westfarms Mall, 7:40 p.m.
Sunday, Sept. 29
Jennifer A. Iwans, 35, of 306 Ridgewood Rd., West Hartford, was charged with operating under the influence and improper turn, in connection with a motor vehicle accident on Farmington Ave., 5:15 p.m.
Monday, Sept. 30
Corbin Consic, 22, of 11 Antolini Rd., New Hartford, was charged with third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace, violation of a standing criminal protective order and interfering with an officer, in connection with a domestic disturbance on Farmington Ave., 9:25 p.m.
