Werner Fuerst, 78, of 11 Wildcat Dr., Farmington, was charged with second-degree violating conditions of release, on a warrant, 5:30 p.m.

Marquis Smotherman, 19, of 9 Packard St., Bloomfield, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, in connection with a shoplifting call at JC Penney in Westfarms Mall, 4:26 p.m.

Samuel Moya-Gonzalez, 23, of 556 Blue Hills Ave., Hartford, was charged with disorderly conduct, in connection with a disorderly conduct call at Westfarms Mall, 5:23 p.m.

Carlos Hernandez, 23, of 48 Forestville Ave., Plainville, was charged with failure to pay or plead, on a warrant, 12:02 a.m.

Andrew W. Vallario, 25, of 9 Sunset Dr., Unionville, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, on a warrant, 6:05 p.m.
