Rivera, 39, of 314 Scott Swamp Rd., #19, Farmington, was charged with operating under the influence, failure to drive right, operating under suspension, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operating without insurance, improper use of marker, possession of less than a half-ounce of cannabis and improper use of high beams, in connection with a motor vehicle stop on Scott Swamp Rd. and Colt Hwy., 12:05 a.m.

Shervon H. Lecompte, 30, of Lake Garda Rd., Farmington, was charged with criminal violation of a protective order, in connection with a call on Collinsville Rd., 1:32 a.m.
Annette LaPlante, 56, of 180 Earle St., Hartford, was charged with third-degree larceny, in connection with a shoplifting call at Nordstrom in Westfarms Mall, 2:30 p.m.
Sept. 8
Mary A. White, 47, of 33 Robin Rd., Farmington, was charged with second-degree violating conditions of release, on a warrant, 7:15 a.m.
Christal A. Blighton, 35, of 22 Sunnyview Dr., Suffield, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, on a warrant, 11:30 a.m.
