Regina Harrison, 51, of 396 Garden St., Hartford, was charged with fifth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny, in connection with a shoplifting call at JC Penney in Westfarms Mall, 1:55 p.m.

Deborah M. Manley, 48, of 132 Tremont St., New Britain, was charged with operating under the influence, operating under suspension and failure to have headlights lit, in connection with a motor vehicle stop, 8:28 p.m.

Sept. 10

Kerry Caffrey, 42, of 107 Wolcott Woods Dr., Simsbury, was charged with operating under the influence, in connection with a DUI call on Brickyard Rd., 2:25 p.m.

Elizabeth Morales-Fuentes, 38, of 316 Zion St., Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, in connection with a shoplifting call at JC Penney in Westfarms Mall, 9:00 a.m.

Dilma S. Oliveira, 28, of 28 Stafford Ave., Bristol, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, in connection with a shoplifting call at JC Penney in Westfarms Mall, 3:45 p.m.

Maritza Santiago, 57, of 90 Monroe St., New Britain, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny and possession of a shoplifting device, in connection with a shoplifting call at JC Penney in Westfarms Mall, 1:36 p.m.

Awilda Lopez, 43, of 61 Belden St., New Britain, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny and possession of a shoplifting device, in connection with a shoplifting call at JC Penney in Westfarms Mall, 1:36 p.m.

Sept. 15

Damon M. Jakobelt, 25, of 80 Litchfield Rd., Unionville, was charged with fifth-degree larceny and third-degree burglary, on a warrant, 5:50 p.m.
