Farmington Police Department Adds Officer, Announces Promotions

FARMINGTON, CT — Farmington police swore in a new officer and announced two promotions Thursday.

Officer Jose Santiago officially joined the Farmington Police Department Thursday. Santiago was previously employed by the Willimantic Police Department and will begin the field training at the FPD next week.

The Farmington Police Department held a ceremony promoting Officer Fred Mustafai to the rank of sergeant and promoting Sgt. Steve Egan to the rank of lieutenant.
