Farmington Police Department to Intensify Enforcement of Laws
The department will be participating in a Click-It-or-Ticket campaign.

As the summer season approaches, the Farmington Police Department is dedicating its efforts to increasing awareness of safe driving to help reduce motor vehicle collisions and the injuries suffered from not wearing seatbelts.
It is important to remind the motoring public of the three basic rules of highway safety:
- Always buckle up
- Obey posted speed limits and all traffic laws
- Never drink and drive
Officers will be stepping up the enforcement of safety belt, child safety seat, speed, and DUI laws heading into the summer season. A highly visible, concentrated effort, will be conducted during the 2015 Click-It-or-Ticket campaign.
