April 14

Mitzi Darlene Stephens, 46, of Batterson Park Road, Farmington, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree breach of peace at 6:58 p.m. She will appear in court April 26.

April 17

Christopher Paul Nelms, 37, of Wilson Street, New Britain, was charged with failure to appear in court at 9:38 p.m. He was to appear in court April 18.

Jorge Matias Vasquez-Miranda, 25, of Northern Boulevard, Queens, N.Y., was charged with failure to appear in court at 5:02 p.m. He was to appear in court April 18.

April 18

Byron James Dwyer, 21, of Lakeshore Drive, Farmington, was charged with first-degree criminal trespassing at 8:48 a.m. He will appear in court April 26.
